With everything that has occurred these past 33 days I realized that I had not taken the time to thank the AFD crews that spent time in the Casey Schwartz Firefighter Memorial garden readying it for spring. This is a place that Florence spends time and usually tends the flowers. When we were asked what we needed to have done, this was something that had slipped our minds.
But this year a group of AFD FF’s knew Florence would not be able to tend to this task and therefore took to the garden to assure that it would flourish. They also took time to plant a number of new additions. Chris was able to secure some pictures for us and Florence was so excited and thrilled to see that someone had taken on this task that she was meaning to accomplish, but could not.

When we got the pics we were both thankful, greatful, and appreciative. It garden looks great!!!!!!!! Thank you all for the hard work and time spent.
