I've had these photos sitting in my "to post" folder for a long time and I'm just going to get it done. I love making homemade marshmallows and one time I took photos of the process. Just wanted to share them.....
Cook the sugar and corn syrup, beat it and powdered gelatin for 20 minutes...
Pour into a greased foil lined pan....cover with saran wrap...
Let sit overnight....then remove foil
Lay out on a powdered sugar dusted board or counter top... rub powdered sugar all over it
Slice and roll each slice in the powdered sugar....sliced edges are very sticky
Cut into cubes, roll each cube in powdered sugar...
Voila! Homemade Marshmallows!
